I created this template to make meal planning and grocery shopping easier and more organized. It helps you plan meals for the week, keep track of your favorite recipes, and manage your grocery list in one convenient place. In this guide I will walk you through how to use the template.

Getting Started!
1. Start Adding Your Meals
📌 Go to the "Meal Database"
- Click "+ New" to add your first meal.
- Name your meal (e.g., "Quick Weekday Lunch" or "Sunday Roast").
- Consider adding a "Cover Image" to visually recognize your meal at a glance - this makes browsing much easier!
2. Categorize and Detail Your Meals
📌 Still in the "Meal Database", for the meal you just created:
- Choose a "Meal Type" from the dropdown (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack).
- Add a "Recipe Link" if you have an online recipe - super handy when you're ready to cook!
- Estimate and enter the "Prep Time" in minutes to help you schedule your cooking.
- If your meal has specific dietary information, select a "Dietary Type" (e.g., Vegan, Gluten-Free).
- Use the "Notes" section for any extra reminders, like "Serve with salad" or "Kids love this!".
3. Schedule Your Meals
📌 Let's plan when you'll eat this meal, still in the "Meal Database":
- Pick a "Date" from the calendar if you are planning for a specific day.
- Alternatively, if this is a meal you eat regularly on certain days, select the "Scheduled Day/s" (e.g., "Monday," "Wednesday") - you can choose multiple days!
